Project Overview In pursuit of our goal to support the development of clean energy technologies, this role will support AGILe lab projects supported by NYSERDA and other NYS stakeholders for helping achieve CLCPA goals. Job Functions & Responsibilities Works with limited/minimum supervision, in accordance with the Project Management procedure guidelines, to ensure that project schedules and deliverables from both internal and external parties are successfully maintained.

Performs a variety of routine tasks that are planned to provide experience and familiarize with his/her work group, engineering methods, practices, and programs of the Authority. Tasks are limited in scope.

Reviews designs and bid evaluations as they relate to overall project completion and provides recommendations.

Assists our Project Manager/Engineer in coordinating and reconciling review comments from members of other groups within the Authority to meet the timely project schedule.

Effectively engage and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the projects run smoothly and according to the planned schedule. This will include but is not limited to frequent follow-ups, scheduling calls, taking minutes of meetings, and organizing the notes, files, and folders.

Performs cost studies and costbenefit analyses to ensure that the project activities are performed in the most costeffective manner in order to remain within budgetary and regulatory guidelines.

Generates and maintains/monitors project schedules.

Work with the project lead as well as outside contractors to support the overall project, administration, and oversight. Responsibilities include performing a variety of PM tasks under our guidelines and procedure, cost/budget control, building and maintaining project schedules, distributing and reviewing documentation related to the project process, and project configurations of assigned projects, and supporting the power system engineers with administrative and limited oversight responsibilities.

Skills PM experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of state-of-the-art project management and contract administration.

Ability to effectively use MS Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent writing, verbal and written communication skills.

Highly motivated, selfdirected, and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

Experience in maintaining professional relationships with external consultants, coordinating and following up on deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Ability to work as a team member, maintaining day-to-day activities while being responsive to changing priorities.

Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Project Management related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy sector.
