Concrete Project ManagerLocation:
Bay Shore, NYSalary:
$120,000 to $170,000+ (depending on experience)Position OverviewRoman Stone is seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee precast concrete projects from initial handoff through engineering, production, delivery, and closeout.

The Concrete Project Manager will serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, contractors, engineers, production teams, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing precast concrete, structural concrete, or related infrastructure projects and will be comfortable reviewing drawings, coordinating submittals, maintaining schedules, and resolving project issues.

This position requires a highly organized project manager who can manage multiple active projects while keeping customers informed and ensuring products are manufactured and delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and project schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage precast concrete projects from award and internal handoff through production, delivery, and closeoutReview project drawings, specifications, proposals, purchase orders, contracts, and scope requirementsCoordinate shop drawings, submittals, revisions, approvals, and requests for informationWork closely with engineering, drafting, production, quality control, purchasing, shipping, and accountingDevelop and maintain project schedules based on customer requirements, engineering approvals, production capacity, and delivery datesMonitor project progress and identify potential scheduling, production, or delivery issues before they affect the customerCoordinate production priorities and manufacturing requirements with plant personnelMaintain regular communication with contractors, customers, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholdersManage scope changes, revised quantities, pricing adjustments, and change ordersTrack project costs, budgets, materials, and overall financial performanceQualificationsPrevious project management experience within precast concrete manufacturingStrong understanding of concrete construction, precast products, production processes, or related infrastructure projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and contract documentsExperience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, budgets, and project documentationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsPreferred ExperiencePrecast concrete products, structural precast, or utility precastConcrete manufacturing or other engineered construction productsUtility vaults, manholes, handholes, duct banks, conduit, barriers, foundations, or other civil infrastructure productsBenefitsFull Benefits Included
