Job Description
Project Support Specialist

- Endicott, NY The Project Support Specialist will apply analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver effective analyses, communications, and recommendations in support of our various consulting projects.
Duties include:
Work 100% in the office with the operations team Collect, organize, and share information for each assigned project Analyze, summarize, and develop findings/recommendations based on collected data and information Use insights from stakeholders, program documentation, and customer discussions to inform the decision-making team Utilize software platform to develop specifications and staffing workloads Assist with developing client-facing reports using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Communicate effectively with others to exchange information, streamline processes, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner Measure and maintain cleanable square footage and facility fixture data Meet with customers to mark-up CAD drawings of facilities Occasional travel to customer sites for data collection and review Schedule and support/host customer calls and communications Maintain and update overall project status and open action items Assist internal teams with other duties and special projects Provide flexible, patient, and creative solutions to issues as they arise Skills /Qualifications:
Competence, timeliness, quality, organization, friendliness, and excellence are characteristics the individual must represent Bachelor's degree required and business-related field is strongly preferred but will consider at least 2+ years of relevant facility services, project management, or business analyst experience Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills A motivated team player with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines for internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a positive, hardworking person able to work successfully with a diverse group of users, customers, team members, and internal departmentsAdaptability:
can handle multiple projects and customers, and wants to keep learning Personal values align with our company values (see below)Position Preferences:
Experience with project coordination or management Experience as a business analyst or schedulerPAY RATE
