Title:
Project Manager Location:
Bohemia, NY (Long Island base with 1-2 days/week travel to NYC)
Compensation:
$70-75k + Performance Bonus About Us We are a rapidly growing, process-driven construction and architectural stone/tile firm expanding from $20M to $30M in revenue over the next 3 years—with a 10-year goal of $80M across NY, NJ, and CT. Driven by the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), we balance tight operational discipline with a strong, family-oriented team culture built on camaraderie, honest communication, and mutual respect. Role Overview This role bridges the gap between estimating, drafting, manufacturing, and field operations. You will spend your first 6 months mastering our processes and taking full ownership of projects under $500K before scaling up to larger, regional developments and international material procurement. What You'll Do Shepherd projects from initial estimation and shop drawings through manufacturing and final field installation. Manage job site communications with high-pressure NYC construction superintendents, keeping conversations calm, confident, and professional. Maintain strict adherence to project budgets, timelines, and internal EOS operational processes. Coordinate cross-functionally across internal teams (estimating, drafting, production) and external stakeholders. Travel 1-2 days per week to project sites in NYC, with future opportunities for regional and international travel.
What We're Looking For Military Veteran Preferred:
Special Operations or tactical background is a major plus. We value the discipline, adaptability, and calm under fire that military service instills.
Resilience & Thick Skin:
Ability to handle tough construction environments and demanding field leadership with poise.
Process-Driven Mindset:
Strong attention to detail, clear organizational habits, and eagerness to follow established systems.
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Strong Communication:
Direct, personable, and respectful interpersonal skills. Success Milestones First 30-90
Days:
Absorb company training, master internal EOS workflows, and shadow key project phases. 180
Days:
Independently run tile/stone projects up to $500K under budget while fully adhering to core company processes.
Pay:
