This role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking, detailed record-keeping, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems. This is an in-person position and cannot be done remotely.
Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and reports.
Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) to track, share, and present project information.
Learn and implement new project management and construction-related software as needed.
Serve as a liaison between field teams, management, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; alert stakeholders to potential risks or delays.
Support procurement by tracking orders, deliveries, and vendor communications.
Qualifications/ExperienceProven experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related role.
Deep knowledge of technology and ability to quickly learn new programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with construction terminology, documentation, and workflows.
Technology SkillsPreferred experience with:
JobTread (preferred) or similar.
AutoCAD (review level).Microsoft Excel (advanced).Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).Adobe Acrobat.
