Architectural Sign Group lnc.(ASG) has been fabricating, managing and installing custom architectural signage projects in the tri-state area for over 25 years. Our staff is well versed in implementing a signage program from the pre-bid process to the final punch list. ASG has been recognized by Architectural Record, SEGO, AECOM, NYCTA. ASG, a continuing growing company is seeking for a Project Manager who will overlook and manage from all primary stages of projects.

Required Skills:

Good time management skills and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope Proficient in interpreting drawings and specifications Knowledge of all construction trades with a full comprehensive understanding of general construction. Strong work ethic, high level of responsibility with strong attention to detail Attend site visits, develop relationship with clients Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize tasks Review/analyze/qualify bids from vendors for accuracy and completeness Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all Dependable and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ensure resource availability and allocation Excellent Leadership Skills •

Experience Required:
