Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Insurance Restoration Project Manager to lead complex restoration projects from initiation to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate construction schedules, and ensure projects adhere to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of insurance restoration projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow and communication. Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Microsoft Project; monitor progress regularly. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality. Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; ensure compliance with all applicable construction regulations and safety standards. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Lead project meetings, provide clear direction to teams, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Ensure proper coordination of construction schedules with civil 3D models and other technical drawings for infrastructure projects. Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, inspections, change orders, and regulatory compliance documentation. Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating, project scheduling, and cost management in commercial or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while fostering collaboration across disciplines. Skilled in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on quality control and schedule coordination. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Deep understanding of construction plans and technical drawings; experience managing construction site activities firsthand is highly valued. Proven leadership in project management roles with a focus on delivering results within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
