- 5:30pm. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm
- NYC DOB Experience is a must. Knowledge of NYC Building Code, ECC, DOB BIS/NOW filings and DOB plan exam and approval process required.
- Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- Must have completed a bachelor's degree in architecture and/or interior design
