We are a collaborative office environment with exposure to all phases of project design, development and permitting. Our project scope is diverse, from residential and commercial alterations, to custom home builds and new commercial construction. Overview We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, self-starting individual to join our team as an Architectural Project Manager. The Project Manager works with clients to obtain buildings department plan approvals and work permits. The Project Manager will manage the progression of a wide variety of projects from design development to construction documentation, permitting and construction administration. Office hours are 9am
  • 5:30pm. Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm
  • NYC DOB Experience is a must. Knowledge of NYC Building Code, ECC, DOB BIS/NOW filings and DOB plan exam and approval process required.
  • Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required
  • Must have completed a bachelor's degree in architecture and/or interior design
  • Must have strong attention to detail Benefits
