Responsible for the day-to-day on-site management and construction coordination of projects in New York City. Monitor and follow up on project schedule, construction quality, and site safety to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements. Coordinate and communicate with the General Contractor, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and other project stakeholders . Review construction drawings, project specifications, and applicable requirements, and arrange and supervise on-site construction activities accordingly. Coordinate materials, manpower, subcontractors, and various trades to maintain an efficient construction workflow and minimize delays. Monitor material deliveries, labor allocation, subcontractor performance, and overall construction progress. Understand and comply with applicable NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) requirements, including permits, inspections, construction regulations, and site compliance . Coordinate with relevant parties regarding DOB inspections, required documentation, permits, violations, and other construction compliance matters. Identify potential construction issues, conflicts, delays, or deficiencies in a timely manner and coordinate appropriate solutions to minimize their impact on the project schedule and budget. Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates regarding project status, construction progress, quality issues, safety concerns, and outstanding items. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to company management, including current status, completed work, upcoming activities, major issues, and matters requiring management decisions. Maintain effective communication among the office, field personnel, contractors, and design professionals to ensure the project proceeds according to the approved plans and schedule
