Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other project management software to coordinate construction activities effectively. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost control measures. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project progress. Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently in accordance with construction regulations and standards. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software to track progress, manage documentation, and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence. Lead project teams by managing resources effectively, assigning tasks clearly, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to mitigate risks and ensure contractual obligations are met. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities including daily logs, incident reports, inspection reports, and progress updates. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 or similar tools. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control processes. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety regulations and regulatory compliance standards. Familiarity with managing teams in a construction management role across multiple disciplines. Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, Prolog, Civil 3D or HeavyBid for documentation and communication purposes. Solid understanding of contracts management including change orders and scope adjustments. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
