Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 + Performance-Based Bonus Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex government and public works construction projects. This role will be dedicated to a high-profile occupied facility renovation project and will oversee all aspects of project execution, including subcontractor management, stakeholder communication, scheduling, compliance, and documentation. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide full-time on-site oversight of construction activities and project execution. Manage project logistics, subcontractors, vendors, and contract administration. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Prepare and manage requisitions, NCRs, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with government agency requirements and reporting standards. Review project drawings, plans, specifications, and construction progress. Monitor and update project schedules using Primavera. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Review and enforce project safety plans and procedures. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project timelines and budgets. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. Experience managing government or public agency construction projects. Knowledge of agency documentation, compliance requirements, and reporting processes. Experience preparing requisitions, NCRs, and change orders.
Proficiency with:
Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and subcontractors. Roofing, exterior construction, restoration, or building envelope experience preferred.
