With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering projects throughout the Rochester market. The ideal candidate has experience managing $10M-$70M commercial construction projects, can successfully lead multiple projects, and is committed to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial, multifamily, and public works projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain field productivity and project schedules Track job costs, billing, forecasting, and overall financial performance Conduct owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure successful project execution Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals Oversee project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final turnover Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships Project Types Commercial Construction Ground-Up Multifamily Public Works Renovations and Tenant Improvements Etc Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or public works projects required Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus potential Vehicle allowance Mobile phone allowance Medical benefits Paid holidays and PTO Stable pipeline of commercial and multifamily projects Long-term career growth with a growing general contractor
