Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all phases of project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive successful outcomes across diverse construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage contracts, and utilize advanced tools like Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid to optimize project delivery. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively. Oversee project budgets by utilizing construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to ensure cost control and resource allocation efficiency. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings such as Civil 3D files to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Manage site activities by supervising construction site teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and schedule milestones. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints while maintaining a strong understanding of construction site experience for effective oversight. Utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting progress updates regularly to stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is thorough, accurate, and maintained according to company policies. Lead project coordination efforts by managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating practices and contracts administration. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, along with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Solid understanding of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in the field. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams including engineers (), contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with heavy civil or commercial construction projects is preferred but not mandatory.
