Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Environmental Project Manager (HAZMAT) located in New York Metropolitan Area The Senior Environmental Project Manager will lead and oversee hazardous materials management projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering impactful solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing environmental site assessments, managing hazardous material operations, conducting environmental compliance evaluations, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing technical reports. The role involves providing expertise on environmental impact assessments and contributing to policy development as needed. Qualifications Expertise in Environmental Consulting and Environmental Compliance Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Science Knowledge of Environmental Policy and its application to regulatory requirements Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field Commitment to staying updated with industry standards and regulations Professional certifications such as HAZWOPER, CHMM, or similar are a plus
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
