Work directly with ownership and executive leadership Oversee contractors, consultants, and lenders from the owner's side About Our Client This is a unique opportunity to join a growing ownership and development team where you'll serve as the primary liaison between ownership, general contractors, consultants, lenders, and project stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description Act as the Owner's Representative across multiple construction and development projects. Manage and oversee General Contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants. Review project schedules, budgets, change orders, invoices, and construction progress. Coordinate with lenders, banking partners, and financial institutions throughout project lifecycles. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership. Monitor project costs, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Review contracts, scopes of work, and consultant agreements. Assist with project due diligence, entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities. Ensure work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and ownership objectives. Drive accountability among all project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager/Owner's Representative - Lawrence should have: 5+ years of experience as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Development Manager. Strong experience managing projects from an ownership or developer perspective. Experience overseeing General Contractors and third-party consultants. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, estimating, contract administration, and project controls. Ability to communicate effectively with ownership groups, lenders, architects, engineers, and contractors. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field preferred. NYC development, multifamily, residential, mixed-use, or ground-up construction experience preferred. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $148,500 to $181,500.
