Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee custom millwork projects from award through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management within a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will work closely with experienced team members and leadership, gaining real-world exposure to custom woodwork, cabinetry, and custom fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle: review architectural drawings and specifications, coordinate shop drawings, submittals, material procurement, fabrication schedules, and installation Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines; track changes and change orders Serve as the point of contact for clients and field teams; assist with field measurements and progress tracking Collaborate with drafting, production, and installation teams to align on scope, materials, and deliverables Support submittals, purchase orders, billings, and project closeout documentation Monitor production progress and help adjust schedules based on shop capacity and field conditions Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in project management, construction, millwork, or related fields (or strong willingness to learn) Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (or eagerness to develop this skill) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable with computers, Microsoft (Outlook and Excel) and basic software tools Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the company Why This Role is a Great Opportunity Clear path for advancement into senior project management roles Hands-on experience with high-end custom millwork and real projects—not just support work Direct mentorship from experienced leadership Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility quickly based on performance Exposure to both shop operations and field execution, building a well-rounded skillset Benefits Competitive salary with strong growth potential and Overtime potential Paid time off and holidays after 1 year with our company Stable, full-time position with consistent workflow Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialized trade What We Offer $60,000 - $75,000 Please send your resume or any questions to jobs@mfmfg.com
