- $25 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Full Job Description Formula Body Works is hiring a reliable, organized office teammate to help run the day-to-day operations of a busy auto body shop.
What you will help with:
- Answer phone calls and help customers understand next steps.
- Monitor email inboxes and vendor portals so messages do not fall through the cracks.
- Keep our job tracker updated with current statuses, comments, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Help order parts and keep parts records linked to the correct repair jobs.
- Help create daily worksheet schedules for the shop team.
- Help track customer review and follow-up items.
- Help create and manage invoices according to shop procedures.
- Help with insurance/photo inspection tasks by documenting VINs, safety features, existing damage, and odometer readings.
- Occasionally move customer vehicles for drop-off, pickup, or parking if you have a valid driver's license and are comfortable doing so. You may be a good fit if you are:
- Comfortable learning software and working from checklists.
- Organized enough to manage several small tasks at once.
- Friendly, calm, and professional with customers.
- Careful with details like invoice numbers, job statuses, vehicle information, and follow-up dates.
- Teachable and willing to ask questions when something is unclear.
- Interested in learning how auto repair, insurance claims, estimates, parts, and billing work.

- Vendor portals and shop workflow tools Nice to have:
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfort parking or moving vehicles.
- Interest in cars or the automotive repair industry.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday. Exact hours will be discussed during the interview process.How to apply:
