Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager dedicated to our Architectural Interiors division. This is a hands-on, office-and-shop-based role located inside our Long Island manufacturing facility. You will own custom architectural millwork and interior projects from drawing approval through final installation, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our internal estimators, drafting team, and shop fabricators.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Ownership:
Manage assigned architectural interior projects (typically 2 to 5 concurrent builds valued between $3M and $12M) from drawing approval to final closeoutValue Engineering & Takeoffs:
Partner with internal estimators during early project phases to review construction documents, perform material takeoffs, and execute value engineeringShop Production Coordination:
Work daily on-site alongside our fabrication supervisors to monitor production progress, manage long-lead material procurement, resolve manufacturing bottlenecks, and keep builds on schedule.Technical Oversight & Drafting Support:
Independently read construction drawings and utilize Bluebeam and AutoCAD (2D/3D) for quick redlines and tight-deadline adjustments (supported by a dedicated drafting team and administrative support for heavy paperwork).Logistics & Installation Management:
Coordinate shipping, freight logistics, site readiness, field labor, sub-contracted installers, and final punch lists.Risk & Budget Management:
Maintain rigorous project organization via Smartsheet or similar tools, track procurement schedules, and proactively raise your hand early when project risks arise.What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
