Restoration Project Manager Location:

Middletown, NY Salary:

$65,000 to $85,000 annually Seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee construction and restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality results, managing teams and subcontractors, and building strong client relationships while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure successful project delivery Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance while maintaining strong customer and tenant relationships Support business development efforts, maintain client relationships, and help grow referral networks and company brand Coordinate emergency response through on-call rotation, including after-hours communication and team oversight

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2+ years of project management or related experience Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and mobile technology platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities, lift up to 50 lbs, and work both in office and field environments
