This is a contract role based on company needs. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple projects, managing schedules, budgets, and scope. Partner with clients to align business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer value. Collaborate with strategists, designers, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver products. Support user research and design validation efforts to ensure solutions meet customer needs. Serve as the primary client interface for tactical communications, issue escalation, and relationship management. Monitor progress, track risks, and report on project health, budget, and deliverables. Facilitate internal and external status meetings; maintain clear, actionable status reports. Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business scoping (scope, timeline, budget). Adopt and improve C&A's delivery processes; champion best practices across teams. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years managing cross-functional design and development projects, ideally in an agency setting. Proven ability to define scope, plan work, lead teams, and manage budgets effectively. Strong familiarity with the SDLC. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and align teams on priorities. Servant-leader mindset; optimistic, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Thrives in an environment with close collaboration among strategy, UX, design, and technology.
