Job Description
Project Management Specialist (Oakland Gardens, NY): Dvlp & maintain project scheds, budgets & resource allocation plans using quantitative modeling & economic principles for co's projects; Track project progress & performance metrics through data-driven methods & prep regular status reports; Coord change orders, subcontractor activities & material deliveries while performing risk evaluations & resource optimization to minimize delays & cost overruns; Conduct scenario planning & economic evaluation of resources to ensure projects are completed on time & w/in budget. Bachelor's deg of Mathematics & Economics, or a closely rltd quantitative field is reqd; Reqd Bachelor's deg coursework: 1. Business Project Management; 2. Business Analytics.
