Job Description

SUMMARY An instructor is responsible for creating the ultimate Wisdom Learning experience! This includes fostering a FUN and SAFE environment while helping students learn and think creatively. In addition to creating an engaging learning environment, an instructor is in charge of continuously supervising students, creativity educate, and maintaining a safe atmosphere while on duty.
CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Be punctual on-site Instructor need to prepare, organize, implement and teach lesson plans Ensure all student is meeting set curriculum goals Apply behavior management techniques to enforce rules and safety Offer a fun and engaging style of teaching Provide progress reports or feedback
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The desired candidate would have demonstrated ability to work with elementary students (1st grade to 5th grade) and have experience teaching complex concepts. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate flexibility, energy, positivity, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills. Applicants under 18 will not be considered. Required qualities include knowledge in young children behavioral management. Applicant would be expected to create an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages student to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Applicants must be open to change and possess skills that promote student achievement and growth. General hours are from 3pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
COMPENSATION
$17 - $25 per hour based on experience
