Job Description

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support an initiative at our organization in Poughkeepsie, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a self-directed individual who can coordinate across multiple stakeholders, keep complex activities on track, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners. The role combines program oversight, customer engagement, and data-informed decision-making in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program activities for commercial customer initiatives, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain organized and aligned across participating groups.
  • Serve as a central point of communication among internal teams, implementation partners, and public-sector stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by representing the program through webinars, seminars, and other outreach events.
  • Translate program updates, issues, and changing requirements into clear communications for relevant partners and decision-makers.
  • Review reporting and performance data to identify trends, support recommendations, and help guide program direction.
  • Provide day-to-day project management support, including tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and addressing issues that may affect deadlines.
  • Contribute to customer education efforts by explaining program offerings and helping participants understand available opportunities.
  • Support time-sensitive deliverables in a deadline-oriented workflow, with flexibility to work additional hours when project demands require it.
