Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and drive successful program execution in Dutchess County, New York. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can align business priorities with technology solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex operational and compliance considerations while keeping projects on track.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and business objectives remain aligned.
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define priorities, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Agile principles and established project management practices to support efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
- Analyze project data, risks, and performance indicators to inform decisions and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver updates, presentations, and status reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support compliance-aware project execution by incorporating applicable regulatory and governance requirements into planning and delivery activities.
- Use project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Power BI to track progress, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into outcomes.
- Contribute to organizational change efforts by helping teams adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working when needed.
