Job Description

Field Project Manager Triple H Construction Inc. New York, NY Full-Time | Competitive Salary

+ Bonus

+ Growth Track About Us Triple H Construction Inc. is a leading structural and ornamental steel contractor serving NYC's public and private sectors. From complex steel window systems to heavy structural installations, we operate as a fully integrated team — engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation all under one roof. We don't just build projects — we execute at a high level, solve problems fast, and deliver in environments where most contractors fall short. The Role We're looking for a Field Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from kickoff through closeout — someone who thrives on-site, understands construction realities, and knows how to keep jobs moving without excuses . This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage field operations across multiple active projects Coordinate daily with supers, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure installations align with shop drawings, specs, and site conditions Track progress, manpower, and production rates (and adjust in real time) Identify and resolve field issues before they become delays Work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to maintain flow Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance (OSHA/SCA standards) Communicate directly with GCs, owners, and agency reps Support change orders, field reports, and documentation What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in construction project management (steel, windows, or façade preferred) Strong field experience — you've actually run jobs, not just tracked them Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents Experience with NYC public sector work (SCA, NYCHA, DASNY, etc.) is a major plus Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple moving parts Strong communication and problem-solving skills OSHA certifications required (SST) What Makes This Role Different You'll be working with a company that has full in-house capabilities (engineering → fabrication → install) Real opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles High-impact projects across NYC A team that moves fast and expects results Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (based on experience) $110,000- $130,000 Performance-based bonuses, health benefits and paid time off Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership Strong pipeline of ongoing work How to Apply Send your resume and a brief summary of your experience to: hr@triplehcon.com
