The company manages rebate-funded projects for Indiana homeowners from the initial energy audit through final closeout. Work includes HVAC replacement, plumbing and electrical upgrades, air sealing and insulation, weatherization, and appliance installation, performed through a combination of in-house crews and trade subcontractors. Role Description:
Project Coordinator PCD Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our IESP multi-family project delivery. This role bridges the field and the office, coordinating building owners and subcontractors, managing job finances, keeping program paperwork in order, and ensuring every project closes out cleanly. You'll work closely with project managers, trade subcontractors, and homeowners to keep jobs on schedule and on budget. Responsibilities Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical subcontractors across active IESP multi-family jobs, coordinating timing, homeowner access, and trade sequencing Manage accounts payable: review subcontractor and vendor invoices, verify against work orders and contract sums, and process payments Manage accounts receivable: prepare program billing and rebate documentation, issue homeowner invoices for cost share balances, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Draft, issue, and track work orders for subcontractors and purchase orders for material suppliers Maintain complete job files, including executed IESP agreements, energy audits, scopes of work, and other required program documentation Build and deliver warranty packages at project closeout, including documentation, manuals, and program closeout paperwork Track job costs against contract sums and report on project profitability to leadership Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple active jobs Working knowledge of construction documents (POs, work orders, subcontracts, lien waivers, COIs) or willingness to learn Proficiency in utilizing and deploying A.I. tools to increase productivity and consistency of outputs Clear, professional communicator Self-directed and dependable; able to own a process from start to finish Nice to Have Background in residential construction or willingness to learn Ideal for an entry-level candidate looking to break into the construction industry Bookkeeping or AP/AR experience, or willingness to learn Familiarity with warranty and closeout processes, or willingness to learn
