OCM is currently in its third year, implementing a campus-wide initiative called WolfieONE. Leveraging Oracle's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to modernize the way we handle financial, budget, HR, tech, and business operations. With go-live on the horizon, the need to ensure every team is functioning at their best has never been greater, which is where you come in. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project coordination and operational support, across leadership, training, and communication teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintain program trackers and records, coordinate meetings and events, support Champion onboarding and engagement, manage recurring schedules and deadlines, and help produce approved presentations and communications.
