Glazing / Curtain Wall / Ornamental Metal and Panels Job Overview AM Glass Inc is seeking an experienced and highly organized Glazing Project Manager to lead multiple commercial glass and ornamental metal projects across the New York City area. In this role, you'll manage the full project lifecycle—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring quality, safety, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. You'll serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, and field teams while keeping projects on track and on budget. Learn more at www.am4glass.com . Key Responsibilities Attend project kickoff meetings and organize project set-up documentation. Coordinate submittals and approvals with APM and vendors. Use Monday.com for seamless project tracking and communication across internal teams. Conduct regular on-site visits to review quality and progress. Communicate clearly with General Contractors, field supervisors, and AM foremen to ensure project milestones are met. Review and redline shop drawings; confirm material takeoffs. Manage budgets and proactively address cost overages. Schedule materials and labor efficiently by analyzing site conditions. Maintain organized and up-to-date project files in line with company standards. Manage multiple active projects with varying scopes and timelines. Qualifications 3 years of experience in the metal and glass industry preferred. 5+ years of total project management experience preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, and Procore. Strong understanding of shop drawings, architectural/engineering plans, and field safety standards. Experience issuing POs, RFIs, and managing project budgets. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities. Associate degree or higher preferred. No specific certifications required.
