SERVPRO Team Skov is hiring a Project Manager for our Syracuse office. We are a property restoration company backed by the #1 brand in the industry. When a building floods, a fire damages a home, or a storm impacts a commercial property, our teams respond. We stabilize the damage, dry it out, clean it up, and coordinate with our construction division for the rebuild. The Project Manager leads that process. You would manage up to three field supervisor teams, each with their own technician and laborers. On a busy week, that is 9-12 people in the field across multiple active job sites. You coordinate crews, manage scope of work, communicate with insurance adjusters, keep customers informed, and ensure every job is completed on time and to standard. If you have experience running crews and managing job sites in construction or another trade, the skills translate directly to this role.

COMPENSATION

Base rate is $27 to $30.50/hr depending on experience and certifications. With overtime, quarterly performance bonuses tied to defined production targets, on-call pay, and additional incentive opportunities, total first-year compensation for a Project Manager meeting their targets is $70,000 to $80,000. Bonuses are paid quarterly, calculated against clear revenue thresholds, and based on metrics you can track throughout the quarter.

CAREER PATH

We promote from within, and the career path is defined at every level. This role is PM I, managing 2-3 field teams. PM II is a salaried position at $75K base plus bonuses, with expanded team size and added responsibility for reconstruction revenue. PM III is $90K to $115K base plus bonuses, leading four or more teams and serving as the senior field production leader for the office.

production performance, team development, and demonstrated ability to manage increasingly complex losses.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing field teams in construction, restoration, remediation, or a similar industry. The key qualifications are crew leadership, direct communication with customers and insurance adjusters, and a track record of accountability for job quality and site standards. Restoration experience is preferred but not required. Candidates from construction or adjacent trades who bring strong crew management and customer-facing communication skills will be trained on the restoration side. We pay for all IICRC certifications. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Company vehicle provided. Availability for on-call rotation and flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is expected.
