$120,000 - $160,000We are working with a national MEP contractor who needs a mechanical project manager in Troy, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience with various commercial and industrial mechanical and MEP systems. If that sounds like you, please apply.

What You'll OwnManage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, with a focus on reliability, and uptime requirements.

Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution of work.

Monitor and track project schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet project deadlines and financial objectives.

Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings.

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value.

What You BringBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of project management experience in
HVAC/MEP
construction, with at least 2 years supporting industrial or commercial projects preferred.

Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or equivalent).BenefitsFull Benefits
