Our repair services include maintenance and installation of commercial burners and controls, fuel handling systems, Bio fuel conversions, R-Stamp pressure vessel repairs and alterations, refractory repairs and industrial gas leak detection services. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Manager to oversee boiler/burner repair and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management the ability to ensure systems are installed, and maintained to meet project specifications and safety standards. This role requires excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively coordinate tasks and communicate with multiple team members and a variety of different customers with varying contractual obligations. Process customer requests for field service work Schedule daily field service work Coordinate with agency and facility management staff to schedule field work Quickly respond to emergency(24/7) work requests and mobilize appropriate team Relay Work Orders to field staff Issue reports to the billing department for invoicing of work completed Work closely with the billing department to resolve any issues with completed work documents Strong organizational and communication skills. Review reports to make sure we come away with a successful result or remedy any issues quickly and effectively.

Reporting and Data Entry:

Responsible for recording all project status updates and tracking Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to our clients through phone, email and on-site interactions. Communication should be clear, and requests must be responded to in a timely manner. Understanding of boiler(pressure vessel) burner(and associated controls) and combustion principles are essential to the ideal candidate's growth in this position Generate monthly progress/cost efficiency reports for the department. This job will primarily be executed at our office in Orange County, NY. However, there will be a need to travel to individual job sites in New York City and a growing list in the tri-state area. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on commercial and industrial boiler systems. Ability to use the Microsoft suite, and additional experience with PM software is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
