This is a great opportunity to join an established WNY company! Primary job responsibilities will include supporting the Project & Training Specialist by independently performing daily system testing and product development support work. This will include creation and maintenance of training materials, department procedure manuals and company rating & underwriting manuals. Also, will be responsible for having a proficient level of working knowledge of the underwriting department business and procedures.
