Lead High Performing Teams. Make an Impact. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead large scale industrial construction projects across the United States. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast paced environments, excels at building client relationships, and has a successful track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Our focus is Auto Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Battery Plants, Warehouses, Data Centers and Facilities. Nationwide travel is a requirement for this position. If you enjoy overseeing complex construction initiatives, collaborating with talented teams, and traveling to project sites nationwide, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders. Coordinate and direct field operations alongside Superintendents and project teams. Identify and proactively mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Monitor project performance, financial reporting, forecasting, and change management. Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. Support business development efforts and help strengthen long-term client partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial construction. Experience managing projects such as auto manufacturing, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, processing plants, warehouses, processing facilities, heavy industrial, or related industrial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors and complex project teams. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States. Benefits Base ($125,000-$150,000) + Bonus
Per Diem:
