ABOUT THIS OPENING
This is a great opportunity for a Team Player with a background in construction, architectural, or engineering technology to join our Team and build your career. Day to day you will work with a regional operations team to support project management, installation of elevators & lifts, and field operations. Your growth and professional development will be supported by our experienced team of project management professionals, engineers, field installation professionals, and support staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
General Project follow up calls with Customers Review Shop Drawings vs. Sales Agreements Work with Manufacturing Team to establish equipment specifications and product configurations Document interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system Work with Team to develop weekly installation schedules Permitting coordination with OSHA and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Project materials requisition and staging/preparation Filing of electronic documents Potential construction site coordination and field measurements Work with Field Team to resolve safety & building code issues and inspection citations Develop safety code and regulatory knowledge related to work content All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Impeccable attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to use a computer and learn database software Clean driving record & valid Drivers License Preferred Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related Discipline(s)
