Position Overview:
The Design Team Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the Design Director ,VP of Engineering, and design team.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe Acrobat. General office assistant work to help keep the design department running smoothly and efficiently. Ensure office has appropriate equipment to support the team. Provide logistic support to leadership. Assist in tracking projects progress. Keep track of changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and communicate to needed parties. Measure project performance with leadership oversight. Report to management as needed. Assist in notetaking within internal meetings. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document the project's progress. Perform other related duties as assigned.
