Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Project/Program Manager Level 2 - Finance Job Description Tech program manager for delivery of the Actimize Transaction Monitoring/ Anti-Money laundering platform. Partnering with Kroger Technology and Digital (KTD), Kroger Personal Finance (KPF), and Actimize (application vendor) teams to implement and enhance solutions that support the detection and reporting of suspicious activity related to money laundering and fraud. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Engineering, Compliance, and Vendor organizations to deliver technology with multiple dependencies. Drive alignment, manage risks and issues, and provide transparency into program progress, readiness, and delivery outcome. Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery across Kroger Technology and Digital (KTD), Kroger Personal Finance (KPF), and Actimize (application vendor) teams to support implementation and enhancement of the Actimize transaction monitoring platform. Partner with Business, Engineering, Compliance, and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules. Manage risks, issues, decisions, and escalations, driving mitigation plans and accountability. Communicate program status, delivery readiness, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership. Lead implementation readiness, hypercare, and post-implementation release planning activities. Drive cross-functional alignment and vendor accountability to achieve program objectives. Experience leading third-party software implementations, preferably Actimize transaction monitoring. Banking or financial services experience required; risk, fraud, AML, or compliance experience preferred. Experience managing hypercare and post-implementation release planning. Strong program management skills, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID governance, and executive communications. Proven ability to manage vendors and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and organizations.
