What You'll Do:

Lead small to mid-sized projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals Develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and track progress against key milestones Facilitate clear communication among project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment Implement change management strategies, including communication plans and training Identify, escalate, and resolve issues or risks, performing impact analysis and mitigation Support business case development and ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget Collaborate with resources and vendors, manage performance, and monitor project financials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (PMI certification preferred) 5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within financial services Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships effectively Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day project details Why Join Us?
