We're seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of small to mid-size projects impacting various business areas within the Institutional Bank. This onsite role offers an opportunity to lead from planning through implementation, utilizing proven project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, promote continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives—making a real difference in a fast-paced financial environment. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans including milestones, critical paths, and checkpoints. Partner with stakeholders to identify and clarify processes, especially where workflows are ambiguous. Analyze current operations and recommend technology solutions to increase efficiency, leveraging platforms like SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft Office 365. Coordinate change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Manage project budgets and resource allocation, including vendor coordination and financial tracking. Prepare clear, concise reporting and communicate project status to leadership. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of project management, process improvement, or related experience. Proven ability to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within scope. Strong communication skills, with experience delivering executive reports and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. Experience with enterprise tools like Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with project management software is a plus. Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean Six Sigma. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing project scopes. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are a plus. Why Join Us? Competitive hourly pay of $65.00 - $70.00.
