Job Title Director, Project Controls, Project & Development Services Job Description Summary Accountable for outcomes across projects, programs, or accounts rather than task-level execution. Leads delivery consistency, client leadership, and operational excellence for Project Controls services.
Job Description Essential Job Duties:
Solution highly strategic or complex client requirements Direct project controls delivery across accounts, markets, or programs Provide executive-level client engagement and advisory support Lead and develop Managers | Ensure service quality, consistency, and scalability Partner with account leadership on staffing, performance, and growth Support business development efforts including pursuits and client expansion
Education/Experience/Training:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred. Fifteen or more years of related experience with 5 or more years of management experience required. Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area. Advanced project controls skills. Expert in client relations, client management and consulting. Highly organized with strong analytical skills. Expertise using cost and schedule management software. Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field. Must possess exemplary communication skills - both oral and written. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
