Job Description Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and change orders Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Lead project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Monitor project costs and identify potential risks or issues Work closely with field leadership to coordinate day-to-day project execution Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Drive quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle Manage project closeout, turnover, and final documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
