They have built their business around repeat clients, strong project execution, and developing long-term relationships with their employees Job Description Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project costs and financial performance. Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budget. Work closely with the field team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.
