Job Description Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion and turnover Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and subcontractor proposals Oversee procurement, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Partner closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships Identify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact cost or schedule Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other team members MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
