This organization is a leader in multifamily housing, known for delivering high-quality affordable, market-rate, and mixed-income communities at scale. Job Description The Project Manager will: Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants) Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
