per year Consistent pipeline of multifamily projects Financially stable organization with long-term growth strategy About Our Client We are partnering with a nationally recognized, fully integrated real estate development and construction firm to identify a Project Manager to join their growing team in Cleveland. This organization is a leader in multifamily housing, known for delivering high-quality affordable, market-rate, and mixed-income communities at scale. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on delivering impactful residential communities while working across the full lifecycle of development and construction projects. Job Description The Project Manager will: Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants) Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field 4+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management and construction software tools What's on Offer Base salary of $120,000-$160,000, depending on experience $700/month truck allowance $50/month cell phone reimbursement Quarterly Bonus Payouts, typically 20% Health, Dental, Vision Coverage 401k Company Match 3-4 weeks PTO + holidays Contact Troy Cantu Quote job ref
