Direct all phases of commercial construction, from initial pre-construction and budgeting to scheduling and final delivery.Drive Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact, harmonizing efforts between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Uphold Excellence:
Rigorously manage safety protocols, quality control benchmarks, and contractual integrity to ensure "best-in-class" results.Proactive Problem-Solving:
Anticipate roadblocks before they occur, maintaining project momentum and fostering deep client trust. Master theDetails:
Oversee critical project administration, including the precise management of RFIs, change orders, and financial reporting. A proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects on time and within scope.Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, budget management, and mastery of scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or Primavera). The "Human Element": Superior leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels-from the job site to the boardroom.Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a definite plus, though we prioritize significant, high-level field experience.
