Job Description

Traveling Mechanical Project Manager Location:
Live Anywhere in the U.S. | Nationwide Travel Required We're seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to manage commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects throughout the U.S. You can live anywhere in the country and temporarily relocate to project sites during assignments. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billings Coordinate material/equipment procurement and subcontractors Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, and performance Work closely with field leadership, safety teams, customers, and vendors Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications 3+ years of construction Project Management experience Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, or commercial construction experience preferred Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management Experience managing subcontractors and vendors Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Construction Management/Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience Travel Live anywhere in the U.S. Nationwide travel and temporary relocation to project sites required Typical schedule: 60-65 hours/week, 6 days/week Company-paid round-trip flights home every 3-4 weeks If you enjoy traveling, taking ownership of projects, and managing complex construction from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.
