Job Description:

Lead the planning and execution of projects to achieve timely completion while maintaining cost efficiency. Keep management consistently informed through clear and timely updates on project progress. Proactively identify risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement plans to minimize disruptions. Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing jobsite safety standards and practices. Oversee quality expectations by ensuring work aligns with project specifications and established QA/QC procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise, making decisions that keep projects moving forward. Develop, maintain, and drive the Master Project Schedule to ensure project milestones are met. Partner with the preconstruction team to support planning, budgeting, and project setup. Coordinate with Finance to initiate billing processes and monitor payment timelines. Provide regular updates on schedule and financial performance through Operations Review Meetings.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of progressive construction experience Civil Engineering or Construction Management bachelor's degree or possesses equivalent experience. Excellent interpersonal communication, including both oral and written skills. Computer skills, including proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Excel preferred. Strong ability to work both autonomously and with active management involvement. Demonstrated ability to promote a safe work environment. Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances. No phone calls, please.
