Company growth has created an opportunity for this full-time position, which involves managing commercial interior tenant improvement type projects, working directly with clients, drafting construction drawings with Auto CAD and Revit software. This is a highly technical role requiring familiarity with design principles, and computer-aided drafting technologies to ensure that drawings are accurate and to present necessary information for construction crews, contractors, and building departments. This is a very team-focused environment and will require working closely with associates on all projects. The candidate chosen for this position must be able to work all hours in-office in Dublin, Ohio. Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of design and construction documentation Develop detailed construction drawings, schematics, and system designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or SolidWorks Create accurate 3D models and visualizations utilizing SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, and other modeling tools Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review design intent and resolve technical issues effectively Prepare comprehensive construction detail documentation that adheres to building codes and industry standards Conduct building code analysis to ensure project compliance and facilitate permitting processes Utilize BIM tools for building information modeling to enhance project coordination and clash detection Assist in system design and graphic presentations for client proposals or project approvals Maintain organized project files, CAD libraries, and version control systems for efficient workflow management Skills

• A minimum of 5-8 years of architectural project Management experience including the use of AutoCAD software.
• 2 years of Revit experience (preferred, but not required)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Prioritize to meet deadlines
• Ability to understand technical terminology of the architectural and construction industry
