To learn more, visit mbcobuilds.com Position Overview We are seeking a full-time, Project Manager to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients, subcontractors, internal caprenters, and the preconstruction team to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. The Project Manager will report to the Head Project Manager and work from our new office and on jobsites. Key Responsibilities Customer communications Weekly project meetings Change order management Monthly project cost updates Profesional etiquette Project management Review / implement schedule Ensure jobsite safety Perform progress and quality inspections Project documentation Subcontractor management Ensure a clean and secure job site Project closeout Create an internal punch list Coordinate a customer final punch list Provide customer project manual Take final project photos Required Qualifications

• Self-starting, proactive individual who takes initiative and is comfortable handling tasks independently.
• Friendly and approachable, comfortable leading client conversations. Driven to improve processes and enhance client experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software and cabinetry layout tools.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and build rapport with clients.
• Interpersonal skills capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Problem-solving ability to assess design challenges and craft solutions. Comfortable navigating client feedback, vendor constraints, and site-specific limitations while maintaining design integrity and project timelines. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in residential and commercial construction environments. Knowledge of basic construction principles and materials.
• Familiarity with material budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or adjacent program.
