Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Strategic Initiatives Project Coordinator in the Office of the President to support several of the college's strategic initiatives, including Kenyon Keys, pre-college and destination programs, as well as academic and institutional partnerships, among others. Many of these programs are interdisciplinary and will cross traditional departmental boundaries, but they operate under the ultimate direction of the special assistant to the president for strategic initiatives and partnerships. The project coordinator will be an important partner for these programs, providing high-level logistical and administrative support, as well as occasional general support for the president's division. This is a twelve-month position that will support logistics, maintain records, handle financial transactions, and support meetings and events. Notably, this position may serve as the on-site liaison for one or more of the Kenyon destination city programs, so some episodic summer travel may be required. This is a new position connected to the college's strategic initiatives; therefore, it will evolve over time as programs develop and change, and the project coordinator will have the opportunity to participate in that evolution.
