Full Job Description Position Summary:
 The Environmental Remediation Project Manager (PM) will plan, manage and direct environmental remediation and construction projects. Responsible for technical, financial and client relationship aspects of assigned remediation projects, including estimating, day to day direction of project teams, maximization of production rates and project efficiencies and overseeing quality control to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
In This Role, You Will:
Direct teams on a wide variety of projects involving various remediation technologies and construction techniques. Ensure safe and efficient delivery of remediation services on assigned projects. Work closely with colleagues to reinforce Ardent's culture of safety; ensure all employees remain in compliance with safety plans, company policies and procedures, and assist onsite managers with routine safety meetings. Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders and effectively manage project communications to ensure universal engagement. Ensure projects are conducted in compliance with safety protocols, quality standards and within the scope of the contract. Oversee and enhance production rates to maximize project efficiencies and resources. Prepare project estimates directly and/or contribute to estimating teams to design project approaches and budgets that achieve client, technical and financial goals. Contribute to operations management with respect to scheduling, project coverage and quality control. Contribute to financial management planning, Work in Progress reconciliation, expenditure forecasting and project financial diagnostics.
Position Requirements:
5 or more years of construction management directly related to remediation 5 or more years of client relationship management Demonstrable experience with multiple remediation technologies and construction techniques with examples of production enhancement/maximization Demonstrable experience in successfully directing remediation projects with budgets up to $5MM with examples of margin enhancement
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or environmental field Must pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and physical exam
